Afraid to go in the water??? Jaws!

We went to York Beach, Maine yesterday and spent the day on the beach with Molli. She had a softball tournament in Rochester, NH today and tomorrow. So Friday we spent most of the day on the beach with just a little pinball time for me at the arcade right on Short Sands in beautiful York Beach... Tina grew up there and we try to go there at least once a summer... more if we can afford it. Friday night we stayed at Tina's cousin Patty's house in Somersworth, NH... swimming pool, hot tub, and great BBQ ribs! I had to sleep on the floor, but it was fine with me:) Woke up and had a little pool time before going to Molli's softball tourney. They played GREAT! They won 2 out of 3 losing the one game by one run and winning one of the games 15-1! Tina and I had to come home tonight because I have to close at work tomorrow and Tina has her finals. Molli is staying there with her dad and has three more games tomorrow... should be good. In honor of my day at the beach I thought I should have a clip of the greatest beach movie of all times... JAWS!!! Trust me, to this day I really don't like going in water where I can't see the bottom. Another problem living in the frigid north is the ocean water is NEVER warm! I touched my toes in it and it was so freakin' cold. Had a really good two days and look forward to going to York again, soon I hope! This Jaws clip is an extended trailer... creepy!

Love Jaws! Maybe that's why I hate swimming in the ocean and love the lakes and rivers. No sharks there! Still, growing up, I always wished I could have a "pet" shark. Weird I know. But I still love them even if I fear them. Anyhow, I'm glad you and Tina had a good time at the beach. That's what vacation is all about. Still glad you're back to work though! Lol!

Oh you are welcome my friend. I watched American Gangster tonight. Loved it! Don't know why Eric thought it was boring. I was entertained the whole way through. If you like Mafia movies you'll like this one. Very well written and acted. And Cuba Gooding Jr. is in it briefly. Worth a watch just for him! He's hot!

FRAAAANK! Whats up.... I like your blog. I am going to try and see some of these horror movies that you have reviewed. A lot of them sound really interesting. My girlfriend loves the horror movies. Im not a huge horror movie fan, I like some of them, but I watch them with my girlfirend so I don't seem like a whimp haha.

Anyway have you seen that movie American Ganster?? I woudn't if I was you. Do not listen to Elise because she doesnt know what she is talking about. I found it to be kind of boring, there wasn't a lot of action. I thought the actors did a great job, but I was dissapointed by it in the end.

One movie you might want to check out is I AM LEGEND (I think you told me you saw it and didn't like it). If you haven't already seen it you definetly should. I really liked it. Some people I have talked to didn't like it, but it had a of action, some of the things in the movie looked kind of fake, but its's all good.

Oh ya, how come you don't have the Red Hot Chili Peppers under your favorite bands????!?!? Haha it's all good, I am glad that you liked your CD's though. I am going to try and make another one for you with some different and older stuff.

Ok I have to run, but I am glad I got a chance to leave you a comment on your blog. Keep writing!!! I really enjoyed reading your posts. I put your blog under my favorite sites so I will be sure to check it more often. Can you send me a link to that psychological test you were talking about??? Send it to this email, It's my school one and I will be sure to get it. Here it is ewpenniman@plymouth.edu.

THanks Frank!!

Thanks for the comment Eric. I put the Chilli's in... along with Rob Zombie! I have Zombie Live in my CD player in my truck now. I'll send you an email on that test I was telling you about. Visit often!

Ok! Do NOT listen to Eric. He is just not as intelligent as you or I and doesn't understand that a good movie doesn't have to be all action. It can be all about the dialog (did I spell that right? Talk about intelligence!) and drama. American gangster was good and worth a watch. He was right about I am legend though. Don't know why you didn't like that one. Post a new blog will ya! I need something new to comment on. See ya Tuesday. Happy happy truck day gangsta!
