Queen of the Damned...

One of my favorite vampire movies... this is so dark and visual, with a creepy sense of dread throughout. Taken from an Anne Rice novel, it follows the lead character, Lestat as he becomes enamored with the rock star world and brings to light the vampire lifestyle. This of course makes him a marked man in the vampire community because they want to remain in the shadows. The movie is so well made and the acting is believable to the extent that you understand the characters and their motives. Not only is this a really good vampire movie, but the soundtrack is Awesome! I have it on CD and listen to it often when I'm in a dark mood... which is often. It was produced by Jonathan Davis of Korn and really has a dark and sinister mood to it. I love it! The song titles and artist are below. Check it out! I also have a video trailer for the movie at the end of this post. This is really a worthwhile movie and one I highly recommend for all you vampire fans out there!
